Few black Pepper seeds
few green Cardamom
1/4 tsp black pepper Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 big size potato as explained in video
Add Soaked Chana
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 big size onion Grated
half cup whipped curd
2 1/2 cup water
2 bay leaves
Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves
1 Tsp Mixed Garam Masala
Add Tadka
Ghee
5 chopped onions
few dry red chillies

Aloo ki Sabji
