  3. Enjoy. Loved the last smoothie. ❤ 😊. I usually use raw vegetables to make my smoothies plus chia, flax, hemp, sunflower, pumpkin, melon seeds and salted kokum extract. Salty tangy protein filled its a meal in itself. Vegetables to be taken that can be eaten raw and basically don't need cooking 😊 spinach a must.
