Chicken Fry Recipe ingredients
২ কেজি মুরগির মাংস / 2 kg chicken
২ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
১.৫ চা চামচ হলুদ & ২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1.5 tsp turmeric & 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ & ১ চা চামচ জিরে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp black pepper & 1 tsp cumin powder
২.৫ চা চামচ ধনে গুঁড়ো & ১/২ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 2.5 tsp coriander powder & 1/2 tsp garam masala
১ টি লেবু / 1 ea lemon
৪-৫ চা চামচ সাদা তেল / 4-5 tsp white oil
১০০ মিলি ঘি / 100 ml ghee
৩ টি শুকনো লঙ্কা & ১ চা চামচ মৌরি / 3 dried chilies & 1 tsp fennel
১/২ চা চামচ গোটা জিরে ,১ টি দারচিনি & ১/৩ চামচ কালো সরষে / 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds, 1 cinnamon stick & 1/3 tsp black mustard
