১ কেজি হাড়সহ চিকেন / 1 kg With Bone Chicken
১ টি ছোট মাপের পেঁপে / 1 Small Size Raw Papaya
১০০ গ্রাম বিনস / 100g Beans
২ টি গাজর / 2 ea Carrots
৪–৫ টি আলু / 4–5 ea Potato
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ / 3 Medium Size Onion
৮–১০ টি রসুনের কোয়া / 8–10 ea Garlic Cloves
৫–৬ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 5–6 ea Green Chillies
২ চা চামচ তেল / 2 tsp Oil
১ টি দারচিনি / 1 ea Cinnamon Sticks
৪–৫ টি এলাচ / 4–5 ea Cardamom
৫–৬ টি লবঙ্গ / 5–6 ea Long
২ টি তেজপাতা / 2 ea Bay Leaf
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
