এটা এভাবে রান্না করেনা, নিজেই রেসিপি বানাইয়া ফেলছেন
বুজলাম না কেও বলে সুধু কাচা মরিচ লবন এই ছাড়া কনো মসলা দেয়া যাবে আদা রসুন তো একে বারেই দেয়া জায়না আর এই খানে অন্ন্য ভাবে 😐
এটাতে বাদাম বাটা দেয়া যাবে
কি রান্না এটা রেসিপি সঠিক এটা না
আপনিতো তেল দিলেন , এটা ঘি দিয়ে রান্না করে আর আদা , রসুন কিছুই দেয় না শ
গরম মসলা দিলে আরো ভালো লাগবে

আপু মাইন্ড korbenna আপনি মাংস রান্নার জন্য পানির বেবহার একটু বেশি করেসেন ফলে সাদ হবে পানশা এর পরিবর্তে আপনি পানি কমাই এসিড যেন লেবু আর মালটা বেবহার করতে পারতেন ফলে মাংস গলত এবং খেতে বেশি মজা হ্ত এখন মাংস জুরজুরে নরম আর গলে নাই 😢

আপনি যেভাবে পেশোয়ারি রান্না করেছেন এভাবে পেশোয়ারি রান্না করে না সোহাগে রান্না করা ভালোভাবে শিখেন আপনি শুধু হলুদ ছাড়া গরুর গোস রান্না করলেন এটা পেশোয়ারই হয়নি
পিয়াজ দিতে হয়না
আরবি কান্ট্রিতে এভাবেই তারা রান্না করে আর খেতে ও মজা আর সাস্থসম্মত।এভাবেই খাওয়া উচিৎ আমাদের মতো এতএতো মসলা দিয়ে খাওয়া উচিত না।
