৫০০ গ্রাম চিকেন / 500 g Chicken
১০-১৫ টি কাজুবাদাম
৪ টি পিয়াঁজ কুচি/ 4ea chop onion
১০০ মিলি সাদাতেল /100ml refined oil
৪ টি পিয়াঁজ কুচি/ 4ea chop onion
স্বাদমতো নুন ,Salt to taste
৫ চা চামচ,আদা,রসুন বাটা/ 5 tsp garlic,ginger paste.
১ চা চামচ জিরে গুঁড়ো ,1 tsp Jeera powder
১ চা চামচ ধনে গুঁড়ো ,1 tsp coriander powder
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ / 1/2 tsp Turmeric
কাজুবাটা/ kaju paste
১/২ চা চামচ কালো মরিচ /1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
জল , Water
পিয়াঁজ পাতা / Onion leaf
ধনেপাতা ,Coriander leaf
১০ টি কাঁচালঙ্কা,10 green chili
মাত্র ১ মিনিট ব্যাঞ্চ করে নেবেন /Blanch it for only 1 minute
বরফ জল / Ice water
