பாசுந்தி
தேவையான பொருட்கள்

பால் – 1 லிட்டர்
ஏலக்காய் தூள் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி
சர்க்கரை – 1/4 கப்
குங்கும பூ பால்

செய்முறை:
1. முதலில் ஒரு அகலமான நான்ஸ்டிக் பாத்திரத்தில் பாலை ஊற்றி காய்ச்சவும். பால் பாதியாக குறையும் வரையில் சீரான இடைவெளியில் தொடர்ந்து கிளறவும்.
2. பிறகு ஏலக்காய் தூள் மற்றும் சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து மேலும் பால் கெட்டியாகும் வரை கிளறவும்.
3. அடுத்து குங்குமப்பூ பால் சேர்த்து கொதிக்க விடவும்.
4. பின்பு பாசுந்தியை பிரிட்ஜில் வைக்கவும்.
5. நறுக்கிய பிஸ்தா மற்றும் பாதாமை மேலே தூவி பாசுந்தியை ஜில்லென்று பரிமாறவும்.
6. பாசுந்தியை சூடாகவும் பரிமாறலாம்.
