Raw rice flour – 1 cup
Salt – 2 pinches
Thick milk – 1.5 cups
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

RECIPE 5 – Kadalaparuppu poorana kolukattai
Rice Flour – 2 cups
Channa dal – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Cashew nuts – 10 – 12 Nos (Chopped)
Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
Powdered Jaggery – 3/4 cup
