レシピはこちら⇩ ■鶏となすのみぞれ煮- [2人分] 鶏もも肉1枚(200g) なす2本 大根200g(約5cm) 塩こしょう少々 片栗粉適量 ごま油大さじ2 青じそ2枚 A水140ml Aめんつゆ(2倍濃縮)70ml [作り方] ①なすはヘタを切り落とし、縦6等分に切る。大根は皮をむいてすりおろし、軽く水気を切る。青じそは千切りにする。 ②鶏もも肉はひと口大に切り、塩こしょうで下味をつけ片栗粉をまぶす。 ③フライパンにごま油を熱し、鶏もも肉となすの皮目を下にして並べて中火で炒める。 ④8割がた火が通ったら、Aを加えて3～4分煮る。大根おろしを加え、さっと煮る。器に盛りつけ、青じそをのせる ■きゅうりとみょうがのポン酢おかか和え- [2人分] きゅうり1本(100g) みょうが1個(20g) Aポン酢大さじ1 A削り節1/2袋 [作り方] ①きゅうりは4等分に切り、手で押してつぶして割る。みょうがは縦半分に切り、斜め薄切りにして水にさっとさらす。 ②1とAを合わせて和える。 ■わかめと豆腐の味噌汁- [2人分] 水カップ3(600ml) パックだし1袋 豆腐150g 乾燥わかめ2g 味噌大さじ2～3 [作り方] ①豆腐1.5cm角に切る。 ②鍋に水とだしパックを入れて火にかけ5分煮る。 ③パックだしを取り出し、豆腐と乾燥わかめを入れて、味噌を溶きいれる。 #ゆり子のおいしい暮らし#簡単レシピ#時短レシピ#おぼんごはん#和食ごはん#節約レシピ#献立#味噌汁#味噌汁レシピ#副菜#副菜レシピ#豚肉レシピ#豚肉#レンジ#レンジレシピ#なす#なすレシピ#鶏むね#鶏むねレシピ#みぞれ煮#みぞれ煮レシピ#大根#大根レシピ#きゅうり#きゅうりレシピ#みょうが#みょうがレシピ#豆腐#豆腐レシピ source
