500 g beef (small piece)

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp pepper powder

Salt to taste

For koorka

250 g koorka (cleaned, peeled, sliced)

½ tsp turmeric powder

Salt (as needed)

Water to cook

For roasting

3-4 tbsp oil

1 tsp fennel seeds

Curry leaves

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 cup Shallots (finely sliced)

2 green chillies

1 tomato sliced

½ tsp turmeric powder

3 tbsp kashmiri chillipowder

2 tbsp coriander powder

1½ tbsp garam masala

Coriander leaves
