Pepper chicken is one of the quick and easy chicken recipe which can be prepared with gravy, semi-gravy or as a starter. As its name says, is black pepper is the main ingredient of this recipe. — INGREDIENTS —
Chicken (Cleaned)- 1 kg
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) – 1 Inch piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) – 8 Cloves
Onion (സവോള) – 3 Nos
Coriander powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) – 1 Tablespoon
Crushed pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) – 2½ Tablespoon
Chilli powder (മുളകുപൊടി) – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) – ¼ Teaspoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) – 1 Teaspoon
Curd – (തൈര്) ½ Cup (OR) Tomato (തക്കാളി) – 1 No
Curry leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) – 2 Sprigs
Mustard seeds (കടുക്) – ½ Teaspoon
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) – 4 Tablespoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1¾ Teaspoon
