Kunafa ( Kanafeh) is a very popular Middle Eastern Sweet( Dessert) made with either filo pastry or fine semolina soaked in Sugar syrup.And it also layered with shredded Mozzarella cheese or a combination of cream cheese and cream. So today i would like to share easy Indian style instant Vermicelli kunafa without using cream cheese.#shorts
For Cream
Milk powder – 3 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Pista essence – 2 drops
Milk – 3 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup ( 240 ml )
For sugar syrup
Sugar – 1/ 4 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Rose essence – 2 drops
Vermicelli – 150 gm
Butter – 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Grated cheese
Chopped pistachios
