โทมิเตอร์ คือของแรท์ใช่ไหมครับ ในการทำสเต็ก
เอาไปตุ๋นในแกงเขียวหวานน่าจะดี
มันคือเนื้อส่วนขั้วตับไหมครับ ถ้าใช่ เคยได้จากพ่อค้าในตลาด ติดใจเลย แต่หายากมากๆ
เวลาไปร้านผมคัทรองตลอด รองทรงต่ำบ้างสูงบ้าง ไม่เน้นยาว😅
