รู้จัก ซอส ซัมมูลีโย(ไม่แน่ใจว่าเรียกถูกไหม) ป่าวครับ เมื่อก่อนตอนผมทําร้านบาร์บีคิว แล้วซอสนี้เขาจะราดพวกซีฟู้ดต่างๆย่าง ทุกวันนี้ผมหาสูตรไม่ได้เลย ที่จําได้คร่าวๆมันคล้าย lemon butter แต่ใช้นํ้ามันมะกอกแทน แล้วก็มีอีกตัวนึง เป็นเนยผสมอะไรสักอย่างสีส้มๆ ที่เขาเอามาตัดแล้วว่างบนเนื้อที่พึ่งย่างเสร็จ ชื่อ cafe อะไรนี้แหละ อยากได้สูตร2ตัวนี้มากๆ
