Easy, cheap and majorly delicious way to kick up a snack to an appetizer. Learned this one from @jonnypilon Maple Dijon, Teriyaki vibes, and Plain. Sliced and served snack app style 🤤

PREPARATION
Kielbasa removed of the wrapping – keeping the edible casing on. Cut length wise down the middle to expose the meat and scored in a cross hatch pattern meat side only.

COOK
Grilled over charcoal meat side down to developed some nice browning and to help blossom the meat open. Once flipped begin brushing with whatever glaze you like, and I do a couple more flips/brushes to really layer it on.
