✨FUN FACT✨: I used to be completely terrified to cook with my instant pot, until I used it for the first time, and I was hooked bc it’s so dang easy to use + less dishes.

This is a crowd pleaser at our house for sure — super quick and easy to make too on a busy school night 🤩🙌🏽 & got all my ingredients from @walmart, which made this one even easier for busy mom life 😃😄

Note: You could easily swap out for dairy free cream cheese, and shredded cheese if needed. I have done this before as well

🍜Instant Pot Chicken Pasta🍜
Modified from @shugarysweets’s recipe on Pinterest!

Ingredients:
Grease the instant pot bowl VERY WELL!
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken (I cooked mine in th crockpot in some broth and then shredded mine, but you could also do it in chunks)
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing mix
1 lb box of rotini pasta uncooked
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup 8 oz cheddar cheese (I used Colby jack)
8 oz block Cream Cheese (I used less fat)
**left the last 2 out bc my kids are not a fan of spinach and truth be told, I forgot the bacon 🤷🏼‍♀️🫠**
5 ounces baby fresh spinach
8 slices cooked bacon crumbled

Instructions:
Add in cooked chicken chicken. Add Ranch dressing packet and stir to combine well. Add pasta on top of chicken and pour chicken broth over pasta (do not stir pasta in broth). Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve on top to “SEALING”. Set on “Manual or High Pressure“ for 4 minutes.
When timer goes off, quick release the pressure valve carefully. Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheese, bacon and spinach and stir until cheese is melted. Serve & enjoy!
