大根と鶏のヒガシマルうどんスープ唐揚げ

<材料>
鶏もも肉 小1枚(約220g)
大根…220g
片栗粉…大4〜5
(下味)
おろしニンニク…小1/2
おろし生姜…小1
ヒガシマルうどんスープ…1袋
<作り方>
①大根の皮を厚めに剥き、乱切りして「ヒガシマルうどんスープ」1袋のうちの小さじ1弱をまぶしてレンジ600wで3分ほど加熱する。
②鶏もも肉は食べやすい大きさに切り、ポリ袋に下味の材料(うどんスープは残った分だけ)加えて揉み込む。
③大根は水分を切ってキッチンペーパーで拭き取り、片栗粉大1〜2まぶす。
④鶏もも肉にも片栗粉大2〜3まぶす。
⑤フライパンに5mm深さほどの油を熱し、鶏肉の皮を下にして揚げ焼きする。
⑥続けて大根も入れて全体に焼き色がつくまで3〜4分揚げ焼きする。
