すき焼きロール

<材料>
豚バラ薄切り肉…7〜8枚
にんじん…40g
水菜…60g
厚揚げ…130g
塩コショウ…適量
小麦粉…大2程度
すき焼きのタレ…大3(7~8本分)
<作り方>
①にんじんは5cm長さの細切り、水菜はにんじんに合わせてざく切り、厚揚げは棒状に切る。
②豚バラ肉は半分の長さに切って横に並べ、厚揚げ、にんじん、水菜の順に置いて巻く。
③塩コショウを振り、小麦粉をまぶす。
④フライパンを熱して3を巻き終わりを下にして、3分ほど蒸し焼きする。
⑤焼き色が付いたら90°回転させながら全体を5〜6分フタをして蒸し焼きする。
⑥余分な油を拭き取って、すき焼きのタレを加えて絡める。
人参とインゲン豆は、よく使うけど、厚揚げは、思いつかないです。美味しそう。
