車麩の水分吸ってもいい感じに形が持てるくらいの硬い食感好き
茹で捨てる事で雑味が取れて、加熱しすぎないのできっと柔らかい仕上がりなんでしょうね
味をしみさせようと煮詰まるまで肉を煮ていたから肉がパサついてたのかも。これでプロのような仕上がりになりそうです
車麩好きだけどあまり売ってるの見かけないの 普通の麩でもいいかな?
