✅豬腳700g(水600+鹽1小匙+白醋1小匙泡20分鐘)
✅啤酒300cc
✅米酒300cc
✅黑豆醬油200cc
✅水300cc
✅炸薑片10g
✅蔥30g
✅紅蔥頭酥15g
✅白胡椒粉1/3小匙
✅八角3G
✅麥芽糖100g或冰糖30g
