▼材料(2人分)
(スープ)
豆乳 200ml
水 200ml
鶏がらスープ 小さじ2
めんつゆ(3倍濃縮)大さじ3
豆板醤 小さじ2
生姜チューブ 小さじ1
ニンニクチューブ 小さじ1
(お好みで)花椒や五香粉など 小さじ1
(具材例)
きくらげ 3〜4枚
豚こま切れ肉 200g
長ネギ 1本
もやし 1/2袋
ニラ 1/2束
春雨 30g
(お好みで)キムチ等 100g
▼レシピ
①(A)を混ぜ合わせてスープを作る
②キクラゲは生のものはカットして、乾燥のものは戻して、長ネギは斜めにカットして豚こま切れ肉と一緒に鍋に入れて加熱する
③豚肉の色が変わったらもやし、食べやすいサイズにカットしたニラ、春雨を加えてさらに3分程度煮込む
④お好みでキムチ等を加える

・具材は好きなものに変えてもOK
