丈夫なナイロン袋に
牛4：豚6の合挽肉・卵黄・塩こしょう・しょうゆ・ナツメグ・砂糖
を入れて
水の中で2～3分程ひたすら揉んでタネを作る。
フライパンに油を引いてカリカリに加熱。
タネを落としたらコテでタネを厚さ1cm程度になるまで真ん中から端へ潰しながら成形。
片面に焦げが付いたらひっくり返して
蓋をして弱火で蒸し焼き。
