ワンパンで豚もやしミルフィーユ
フライパン1つでサッと作れるさっぱりウマいやつを投下！
もやしに豚バラをサンドしてあげることでうまみが全体に広がって最高です！
【材料】
豚バラスライス200g
もやし1袋
めんつゆ大さじ3
※ポン酢
※きざみねぎ
①フライパンに洗ったもやし→豚バラ→もやし…の順に重ねる
②めんつゆを回し掛けたらフタして5分ほど加熱
※お肉がまだ赤い場合はさらに加熱
③火を止めたらお好みでポン酢やきざみねぎで完成

作ったけど美味しかった
めんつゆだけ!??聞き漏らしたかと5回見直した😮

肉油抜きしないと

もやしや白菜等の野菜の水分で蒸すしゃぶしゃぶは美味い
普通のしゃぶしゃぶより楽
豚のミルフィーユ、美味しそうなのあまりないけどこれは美味そう！
