    配方 Ingredients:

    温牛奶300毫升 (1, 1/4 杯)

    Warm milk 300 ml (1, 1/4 cup)

    酵母5克(1/2 汤匙)

    Instant dry yeast 5 g (1/2 tbsp)

    白糖30克 ( 2汤匙)或45克(3 汤匙)

    White sugar 30 g (2 tbsp) or 45 g (3 tbsp)

    鸡蛋2个 (110克)

    2 eggs (110 g)

    高筋面粉或面包粉或通用粉490克 (3.5杯)

    Bread or all-purpose flour 490 g (3.5 cup)

    盐5克 ( 1茶匙)

    Salt 5 g (1 tsp)

    无盐黄油30克 (2汤匙)

    Unsalted butter 3 g (2 tbsp)

    芝麻(任意)

    Sesame seeds (optional)

    烤盘:29×42 厘米

    Pan size: 29×42 cm

    预热好的烤箱180摄氏度/ 356华氏度烤15-18分钟至金黄

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/ 356 ℉for 15-18 minutes until golden brown
