【材料】
素麺 : 100g
玉ねぎ : 1個
塩 : ふたつまみ
オリーブオイル : 適当
水 : 300ml
鶏ガラの素 : 小さじ2
ブラックペッパー : 適当
ケチャップ : 大さじ2
豆乳 : 200ml
パセリ : 適当
粉チーズ : 大さじ1
蜂蜜 : 小さじ2
【作り方】
①フライパンにオリーブオイルを熱し、スライスした玉ねぎと塩ふたつまみを入れ、しんなり飴色になるまで炒めます。
② 水 : 300ml、鶏ガラの素 : 小さじ2、ブラックペッパー : 適当、ケチャップ : 大さじ2を加え混ぜ、沸騰したら弱火にし、素麺 : 100gを茹でずにそのまま加え約4分間フライパンに引っ付かないように混ぜ熱します。
③ 豆乳 : 200ml、パセリ : 適当、粉チーズ : 大さじ1、蜂蜜 : 小さじ2を加え混ぜ沸騰しすぎない程度にお好みのそうめんの硬さになるまで温めたら完成。（豆乳を入れてから沸騰させると分離してしまうので、豆乳を入れてからはぐつぐつ沸騰させないように温めてくださいね☺️）
