私が作るとひっくり返した時ライスペーパーがフライパンの底に引っ付きお皿に盛る時破れて原型を留めません😢 最初に敷くライスペーパーは油を引いて玉ねぎ乗せるので大丈夫なのですが。返す時にも油引かなきゃなのですかね。
