・焼き肉丼風のウマいヤツ (スタミナそぼろ丼) 【材料】 牛脂1つ 合いびき肉150g 玉ねぎ1/4玉(50g) 焼き肉のたれ大さじ2 醤油大さじ1/2 おろしにんにく2㎝ たまご1つ 水大さじ1 白ごはん ※きざみねぎ ※糸唐辛子 【作り方】 ①玉ねぎを薄切り ②牛脂で玉ねぎをサッと炒めたら合いびき肉も加熱 ③火が通ったら混ぜた弱火に切り替え調味料を加えて軽く煮詰める ④卵と水をしっかり溶いたら火を止めて③に回し掛けたら白ご飯に盛りつけて完成 source
