・にんじん1本(大きかったら1/2)
・じゃがいも2.3個
・ブロッコリー1/2房
・塩胡椒適量
・小麦粉適量
・赤ワイン150ml
・水100ml
・デミグラスソース1缶
・ケチャップ大さじ2
