一瞬、マッチョ料理人動画か？と思い込んで見てたけど、途中で腕が良すぎて気付きましたけど。
マッチョが動画をマネしてたのか？途中まで思い込んでたのに。
今日作りました。欲をかいて生クリームと牛乳同割で作ったんだけど、少しだけクドくなってて、ジョージの兄貴のやり方に忠実に牛乳単体で作ればよかったとちょびっと後悔。
それでも和風仕立てが本当に軽やかで美味しくて、どうにも重くなりがちなクリーム煮で白飯をバクバクいけました。あざした。
動画と関係ないですが、春なんでまた山菜を使った料理を作って頂きたいです😊
