☑︎ にんにく1片:すりおろし
→チューブでもOK
☑︎ ココナッツオイル:30g
→バターでもOK
☑︎ しめじ:1株
☑︎ 豚もも肉:250g
→肉ならなんでもOK
☑︎ 塩胡椒:少々
☑︎カットトマト缶:1缶
☑︎お水:250ml
☑︎ 米粉: 大さじ3
☑︎ スパゲッティ:1人1束
[⭐️]
☑︎ 固形ブイヨン:1個
→コンソメでOK
☑︎ 中濃ソース:大さじ2
☑︎ 醤油:大さじ2
☑︎ケチャップ:大さじ1.5

【作り方🍴】
❶「玉ねぎ」を薄切りにする。
❷ フライパンに「ココナッツオイル」「すりおろしにんにく」入れて、香りが出るまで加熱。
❸「玉ねぎ」を薄茶色になるまで炒める。
❹「しめじ」を入れて炒める。
❺「豚もも肉」を入れて塩胡椒振って、お肉をよく炒める。
❻「カットトマト缶」「お水」「米粉」入れてとろみ出るまで混ぜる。
❼[⭐️]の調味料入れてよく混ぜて、弱火で30分煮込む。
15分でもおいしかったよ。
❽スパゲッティ茹でて、❼かけて完成。
