Tea Infused Hot Chocolate

紅茶包浸泡時間可隨喜好口感調整。
黑巧克力倒入鍋中後,建議迅速拌勻至完全溶解,且期間不停攪拌,以避免沾黏鍋底。

紅茶熱可可
食材
紅茶包-1個(2.5g)、70%黑巧克力-80g、水-150ml、牛奶-250ml、肉桂棒-1小支、白砂糖-1茶匙
步驟
(1) 將黑巧克力切成碎末,並預留約10g的分量作為杯口裝飾。
(2) 將水倒入鍋中,小火煮沸,放入茶包及肉桂棒煮60秒。關火,蓋鍋悶3分鐘,再將茶包及肉桂棒從鍋中取出。
(3) 倒入牛奶及白砂糖拌勻,以小火煮至溫熱,放入黑巧克力碎末拌勻至完全溶解,關火。
(4) 將杯口沾裹少許的熱可可,並立即均勻沾裹黑巧克力碎末,再將熱可可倒入杯中,料理即完成。

Tea Infused Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1(2.5g) black tea bag, 80g 70% dark chocolate, 150ml water, 250ml whole milk, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp granulated sugar
Instructions
(1) Minced the dark chocolate, then keep 10g dark chocolate, set aside.
(2) Pour the water in the pot, boil over low heat. Add the black tea bag and cinnamon stick, cook for 1 minute. Turn off the stove, cover the pot and let it stand for 3 minutes. Lift the black tea bag and cinnamon stick out of the pot.
(3) Add the milk and sugar, stir well over low heat until warm. Add the minced dark chocolate and stir well until melt completed, then turn off the stove.
(4) Rim the mug with hot chocolate, dip the mug into minced dark chocolate, then pour the hot chocolate into the glass cup. Enjoy!
