意大利没人用这样多蒜和切碎蒜。只用一小瓣蒜下油锅煎一下立马取出来。意大利菜就是调料味不能盖过原料味。你做的是中式意大利面。

道地義大利麵湯汁是收很乾的,但臺式義大利麵普遍都很多湯,
因為臺灣人習慣吃湯麵。
不過口味因人而異啦
