这次用的肉碎是选“波仔肉”来打的,几乎是瘦肉但是肉质软嫩紧实,口感很好!
虾的话我用了白虾,切丁或者整只放都可以~

This time I used minced pork made from “Bol Zai Yok” — it’s lean but super tender and firm, perfect texture!
As for the shrimp, I used white prawns — you can chop them or just wrap the whole piece in! Give it a try~
食材 Ingredients:
🔹云吞皮 Wonton Wrappers
🔹肉碎 Minced Meat (300g)
🔹虾仁Shrimp (200g)
🔹两汤匙生抽|2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
🔹一汤匙蚝油|1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
🔹一汤匙麻油| 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
🔹一茶匙白糖|1 tsp of Sugar
🔹一茶匙生粉|1 tsp of Cornstarch
🔹少许胡椒粉|a little of White Pepper
🔹葱花 Green Onion (Optional)
