鶏胸肉はこぞって鶏皮を剥いで冷凍、鶏油を作ってるんだけどさ。鶏油のカス鶏皮を食べたら止まらんのよね。それをパスタの糖質、塩分と一緒に。旨いに決まってる。
やってること油そばだから絶対うま
これに柚子胡椒入れたらめちゃくちゃ美味しかった
出来上がりにごま油タラーリも悪くない
レモン汁最後にひと回ししたい
