꽃게 3마리를 샀는데요
이거 수돗물에 한참 담가서 기절을 시켜야돼요
제대로 기절하지 않은 상태에서
불필요한 다리끝 부분을 자르면
이렇게 다리 전체가 떨어져나갑니다
칫솔있으면 깨끗히 씻어주고
물 조금넣고 찜기 위에 꽃게를 까는데
배가 하늘을 향하게
그래야 내장이 안새요
맛술이나 청주 좀 넣어서 뚜껑덮고 20분 쪄주면
피를 먼저 빼세요 그럼 다리 절대 안떨어져요
수꽃게라고 했는데… 암꽂게네요
기절 시키는것보다 그냥 피도 뺄겸 칼로 입찔러 바로 보내드리고 손질하는게……
