핏물빼고, 한번 데쳐내면(통후추,월개수잎) 사실 할것도 별로 없습니다. ㅎㅎ
갈비양념
간장 150g
참치액 3스푼
간마늘 크게 1스푼
소주 조금
물 1리터 넣고
중,약불에 40~45분 삶아주세요!
이후 채소
당근을 넣고 5분,
양파,대파,청량고추,홍고추 넣고 5분 삶아주세요~
맵지않고, 아이들 먹기에도 좋을겁니다.
바로 드시면 고기도 부드럽게 드실거예요~♡♡
삶아서 씻을꺼면 핏물빼고 세척할 필요없어요
고기에서 나오는 핏물로 인해 오염이나 감염위험만 높아져요
