🎈재료 – 소고기 샤브용 400-500g, 대파 2대, 팽이버섯, 숙주나물 1봉지
🎈찍먹소스
간장2, 식초1, 알룰로스1, 고추, 다진마늘1
🎈만드는법
1. 대파와 숙주, 버섯 깨끗이 씻어준다
2. 도마위에 샤브용소고기 겹쳐지게 넓게 깔아준다
3. 소고기위에 대파, 팽이버섯 넣어 돌돌말아준다
4. 김밥처럼 썰어준다
5. 찜기 물이 끓으면 숙주나물 바닥에 깔아주고, 위에 대파소고기 올려 5분 쪄준다 (후추 소금 살짝 뿌리기)
6. 양념장 만들어준다
