2. 생강청 2스푼, 대파 3개, 마늘 1스푼 넣기
3. [양념] 진간장 5스푼, 소주 3스푼, 카라멜 소스 1스푼, 흑설탕 3스푼, 올리고당 2스푼, 생강청 1스푼, 굴소스 2스푼, 참기름 1스푼, 물 1컵
4. 삶은 삼겹살 굽기
