국물카레우동을 만들어 보자
[재료]
우동면, 고형카레, 양파, 대패삼겹살
[만드는 법]
1. 팬에 양파와 대패삼겹살 100~150g 올려준 뒤 갈색빛이 띌 때까지 볶아줍니다.
2. 물을 종이컵 2컵 반 (약 450ml), 고형카레 2칸, 치킨스톡 1/2스푼, 케찹 1스푼, 우동면을 넣고 면이 풀릴 때까지 끓여줍니다.
3. 쪽파 등 올려 마무리합니다.
