오늘은 생초할매 묵은지로 만드는
“밥도둑 등갈비(쪽갈비) 김치찜“이에유
영상엔 쪽갈비를 사용했지만
등갈비도 레시피가 똑같아서 등갈비로 표기했어유~
등갈비나 쪽갈비를 찬물에 담궈서
최소 1시간 이상 핏물을 빼주세유
👵🏻영상 속 생초할매 묵은지(2kg사용)는

– 만드는법
1. 갈비는 찬물에 1시간 이상 핏물을 빼준다
2. 냄비에 생초할매 묵은지 1/4포기, 갈비 300g, 다진마늘 1, 진간장 2, 고춧가루 2~3, 설탕1.5, 대파, 양파, 청양고추, 김치국물 1국자를 넣고 물은 잠기기 전까지 넣어준다
3. 중불에서 팔팔팔 끓이다가 부족한 맛은 미원이나 다시다를 약간 넣어주셔도 맛있어유~(진간장을 더 넣으셔도 됩니다)
