(생)살시챠를 굳이 돈주고 살 필요는 없다고 생각해요. 이태리처럼 길거리 정육점마다 생살시챠가 있으면 모를까, 그냥 돼지고기다짐육에 맛수령님이 말씀하신 향신료나 자기가 선호하는걸 넣고 화이트와인 조금 넣어서 랩으로 세게 말아 소시지모양으로 재운 후에 요리 활용하시면 됩니다. 물론 익힌 살시챠를 먹고 싶다면 사먹는게 좋고요.
