スンドゥブチゲとは韓国語で「純豆腐(スンドゥブ)の鍋料理(チゲ)」のことを言います。韓国の純豆腐は日本ではおぼろ豆腐に近いやわらかい豆腐のことを指します。今回は作りやすい材料にするため絹豆腐を使用し、あさりも缶詰を使用しました！キムチと調味料を豚肉と先に炒めることで味に深みが出て、辛さの中に旨味を感じられます♪ピリ辛のスープはごはんによく合います。 ▶︎チャンネル登録はこちら ▶︎詳しくは”無料の公式アプリ”から検索！ ■材料 (2人分) ・豚バラ薄切り肉 80g ・あさり缶[水煮] 1/2缶(65g) ・絹豆腐 1丁(300g) ・卵 1個 ・玉ねぎ 1/4個(50g) ・長ねぎ 1/3本(55g) ・キムチ 50g ・ごま油 大さじ1/2 ・粉唐辛子 大さじ1 ・おろしにんにく 小さじ1/2 ☆調味料 ・酒 大さじ1 ・みりん 大さじ1 ・しょうゆ 小さじ2 ・水 400cc ■手順 (1)玉ねぎは薄切りにする。ねぎは斜めに薄切りにする。 (2)豚肉は3cm幅に切る。 (3)鍋にごま油を入れて中火で熱し、豚肉を入れて肉の色が変わるまで炒める。キムチ、粉唐辛子、おろしにんにくを加えて1分ほど炒める、玉ねぎ、ねぎ、あさりの水煮缶、☆を加えて混ぜ、煮立たせる。アクを取り除き、絹豆腐をスプーンですくって加える。弱めの中火で5分ほど煮る。中央に卵を落とし入れる。(あさりの水煮缶は缶汁ごと入れましょう。) ▶︎au5GチャンネルでもDELISH KITCHENの簡単レシピを配信中！ ※料理を楽しむにあたり、気をつけていただきたいこと ———————————- お問い合わせはこちら ———————————- source
