    대패삼겹 두주먹
    대파 1/2대, 숙주 한주먹
    설탕1T, 진간장2T, 맛술1T, 굴소스 1/2T, 다진마늘1T

    ▪️ Ingredients (for 1 serving)
    Thinly sliced pork belly (daepaesamgyeopsal)
    1/2 stalk of green onion, bean sprouts
    1T sugar, 2T soy sauce, 1T cooking wine, 1/2Toyster sauce
    1Tminced garlic
    (1T = 1 tablespoon)

    1️⃣ Add two handfuls of pork belly and stir-fry gently.
    2️⃣ Once the fat starts to render, add the green onion and continue stir-frying.
    ⭐️It's important to cook the pork until it's golden brown⭐️
    3️⃣ Add 1T sugar to give it a glossy finish.
    ⚠️Make sure to remove the oil⚠️
    Then, stir in 2T soy sauce, 1T cooking wine, 1/2T oyster sauce, and 1T minced garlic.
    4️⃣ Finally, add the well-rinsed bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly.
    Be careful not to overcook the bean sprouts, or they will lose their crunch.
    Serve it on top of the rice. Done!
