김대석 쉐프님표 반건조 우럭찜
1.쌀뜨물에 반건조 우럭 2마리를 15분 동안 담갔다가 꺼내서 물기를 빼준다
2.생강즙 2스푼 + 미림 2스푼을 잘 섞어 우럭에 골고루 발라준 뒤 20분 동안 찐다
3.양념장 만들기 : 쪽파 3가닥, 홍고추 1개, 설탕 1/3스푼, 다진마늘 1/2스푼, 고춧가루 1스푼, 진간장 2스푼, 물 2스푼, 참기름 1스푼, 통깨 1스푼
4.양념장을 잘 쪄진 우럭에 발라준다
오늘은 매운탕과 찜, 두 가지를 다 배우네요 쌀뜨물에 반건조 우럭을 담갔다가 물기를 빼고 쪄준 다음 셰프님이 하시는 양념장을 만들어 발라 먹으면 최고👍랍니다 생선찜 좋아하는데 감사합니다💖💖💖❣️❣️
