❗️일반 된장을 쓰실때는, 텁텁한 맛을 없애기 위해 맛술과 설탕을 살짝 섞어서 써주세요! 혹시 집에 미소된장이 있으면 미소된장 쓰시면 됩니다.
🍗재료
⠀
– 항정살 100g
– 마늘 10알
– 양파 반개
– 깻잎 3장
– 파스타면 1인분
– 아보카도 오일
🧂양념레시피
– 된장 1스푼
– 맛술 1스푼
– 설탕 반스푼
– 생크림 100ml
– 우유 150ml
– 물 반 컵
– 치킨스톡 1스푼
🧑🍳만드는 법
⠀
1. 항정살을 반정도 익혀주고, 기름을 둘러준 뒤 편마늘을 넣고 마늘향을 잘 내준다.
2. 마늘이 노릇해지면 크림 100ml, 우유 150ml, 물 반컵 넣고 치킨스톡 1스푼 넣어서 간 맞춰준다.
3. 된장 1스푼에 맛술 1스푼, 설탕 반스푼을 넣고 잘 섞어서 크림에 넣은뒤 잘 저어준다.
4. 된장크림소스에 양파를 넣어주고, 파스타면 넣고 눌어붙지 않게 잘 저으면서 졸여준다. 알단테는 9분, 푹 익은 파스타는 12분 정도 익혀주면 됩니다! (물은 중간중간 추가하면서 졸여준다)
5. 소스가 졸아들어서 꾸덕해지면 깻잎을 얇게 잘라서 같이 먹으면 완성!
된장 기름에 볶아서 넣으면 훨 맛있을 것 같아요. 좋은 레시피 감사합니다
