표고버섯 or 깻잎, 시판 동그랑땡, 부침가루, 계란, 소금, 후추, 식용유, 홍고추(*선택사항)
[초간단 표고버섯전 레시피]
1. 표고버섯의 기둥을 제거해 주세요.
2. 해동한 시판 동그랑땡을 볼에 넣어 잘 으깨주세요.
3. 표고버섯 안에 동그랑땡 소를 넣어주세요.
4. 소금과 후추로 간한 계란물을 만들어 주세요.
5. 표고버섯 밑부분만 부침가루와 계란물을 입혀주세요.
6. 가열한 프라이팬에 기름을 두르고 밑면부터 구워주면 완성!
[초간단 깻잎전 레시피]
1. 깻잎의 꼭지를 제거해 주세요.
2. 해동한 시판 동그랑땡을 볼에 넣어 잘 으깨주세요.
3. 깻잎 앞 면에 부침가루와 소를 넣고 세모 모양으로 접어주세요.
4. 소금과 후추로 간한 계란물을 만들어 주세요.
5. 접혀진 깻잎에 부침가루와 계란물을 입혀주세요.
6. 가열한 프라이팬에 기름을 두르고 구워주면 완성!
