저는 제육에 물이 없고 불맛이 나는걸 좋아하는데요, 야채 수분을 바로 날릴만큼 불이 세거나, 야채를 나중에 넣거나 인 것 같아요. 특히 양파에서 수분이 많이 나와서요.
양파를 넣고도 수분없이 즐기고 싶으신 분들은 양파를 나중에 넣으시거나 강한화력.. 토치등을 이용하시면 맛있습니다.
