❗️파슬리를 넣을 땐 아예 불을 다 끈 후 넣어줘야 쓴맛이 안나요!
❗️마늘을 얇게 썰을수록 더 맛있습니다
🍗재료
⠀
– 이탈리안 파슬리 20g
– 페페론치노 2개
– 그라노파다나 치즈
– 버터 1덩이
– 마늘 10알
– 올리브오일
– 파스타면 1인분
– 레몬즙 1스푼
– 소금, 후추
– 새우 (선택사항)
🧑🍳만드는 법
1. 마늘은 최대한 얇게 썰어주고, 이탈리안 파슬리는 잎만 떼어서 잘 다져주세요.
2. 올리브오일 넉넉하게 넣고 약불에서 마늘을 잘 익혀주세요. 넣고 싶은 해산물 혹은 베이컨 넣으셔도 됩니다.
3. 소금, 후추, 페페론치노 넣어주고 불을 다 끈 상태에서 이탈리안 파슬리를 80% 양만 넣고 잘 섞어주세요.
4. 다시 약불로 불 올리고 파스타면 넣고 면수 두국자 넣고 잘 섞어줍니다.
5. 버터, 그라노파다나 치즈 넣어서 만테까레 잘 해주시고 마지막에 레몬즙 1스푼 넣어서 잘 섞듯이 볶아주세요.
6. 치즈, 남은 파슬리 얹어서 잘 섞어서 먹으면 스칼렛 요한슨이 먹었던 바로 그 파스타 완성!
생파슬리 너무 진입장벽이 높음 구매도 구매지만 맛이 진짜 적응하기 쉽지않음
