Lemon Pork Chops đ
Quick pork chop recipe thatâs perfect for a weeknight dinner!
Ingredients:
5 thin pork chops
2 lemons (juice)
Olive oil
Knob of butter
1/4 cup white wine
Flour for dredging
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Pound pork chops thin and lightly coat with flour.
2. Sear in olive oil until golden then flip.
3. Add white wine and let it cook out.
4. Stir in lemon juice, butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
5. For extra sauce, add 1/4 cup water towards the end.
