☀️If you love lemon, this simple summer pasta tastes like a vacation in every bite.

AD| The secret to getting that silky, creamy texture without cream? It’s all in the olive oil. 🫒Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil brings out the lemon, softens the sharpness of the Pecorino, and creates a smooth, glossy sauce that clings to every strand.

Ingredients:
🍝 8 oz spaghetti
🍋 Zest & juice of 2 lemons
🌿 Fresh mint, chopped
🌿 Fresh basil, chopped
🫒 Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🧀 Pecorino Romano, grated
🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pan, add a generous amount of Bono Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the zest of 2 lemons, and the juice of 2 lemons. Let it gently warm.
2. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
3. Transfer the pasta to the pan with a splash of pasta water.
4. Add in the mint and basil, then toss everything together for about a minute.
5. Turn off the heat. Add a generous handful of grated Pecorino Romano and toss until creamy and glossy.

  1. Ok, I made this for lunch today after a 70 mile bike ride this morning. It is…….freaking delicious!!!! I added some pancetta. It tastes fresh, a perfect summertime pasta. This could use some sun dried tomatoes. Thank you for another delicious pasta sauce.
